Here is the user software we know and support in CCAR. It's all available for
free except Packet Engine Pro. The free alternative is AGWPE,
but we do not recommend it. If you enjoy fixing broken Windows, and poor
usability, then it might be for you.

Paclink AGW
A flexible, easily configured personal mini radio E-mail Server that interfaces with most popular E-mail client programs such as Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express.
In addition to a Telnet output, Paclink AGW uses the AGW Packet Engine Pro
(see below) to support a large number of TNCs and sharing TNCs across applications.
Paclink AGW also uses Paclink Post Office to provide POP/SMTP server services
and multi-level tactical email address support (so download Paclink Post
Office, too). Paclink requires the new Microsoft .NET framework. It may be downloaded
here. Paclink must be loaded on Windows 2000 professional or the XP series in order to work properly with Microsoft's .Net Framework 1.1.
We do not recommend Paclink on computers with Windows older than Windows 2000.

Paclink Post Office
Paclink AGW and Paclink Post Office are two separate install programs. Unpack each in its own separate directory before installing. If you are currently using Paclink AGW with Paclink Post Office, please UNINSTALL them before updating to the current versions. You will not lose your current configuration.

Packet Engine Pro
Packet Engine Pro is the engine that controls your TNC or soundcard. It
supports most common TNCs and allows multiple applications to use your radio
and TNC concurrently.
