I want to personally thank all of the CCAR members that participated in Tuesday's Limerick NGS exercise.

CCAR once again did a superb job. We made many very positive impressions, and proved, once again, we can get the messages through when other have failed.

Our operators showed professionalism and competence. You should all be proud of CCAR.
