This is the May 2009 EPA ARES Emergency Communications Plan.

The purpose of this document is to provide general guidelines and an organizational framework in support of Emergency Communications within the ARRL Eastern Pennsylvania Section while leaving the specific details for each District and County Emergency Communications plans to be developed at those respective levels.
